Refund policy

I will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. Please carefully review the return and exchange policies and restocking fees below before initiating a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn with no sign of wear or damage
  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included, if any)

Please note:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost in all cases
  • 20% restocking fee is charged for all returns
  • Shipping charges paid by us will be deducted from your refund, if applicable
  • No restocking fee is charged for exchanges, but customer is responsible for shipping the product back within 3 days of delivery
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return or exchange

 

Damaged Items:

We at Aashi take great care to ensure you receive beautiful, flawless pieces. If you feel your jewelry was damaged, please send us pictures of damaged piece(s) through email or WhatsApp within 36 hours of delivery. Once I receive the notification and images, I will reply with the instructions on how to ship the product back and will send a replacement once the damaged piece is received back. Damaged items must be shipped within 3 days of delivery.

Note that the return policy mentioned above will apply in case you decide to return the item instead of receiving a replacement.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items purchased during sale cannot be returned or exchanged
  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards
